Dale Kemp advanced development plans of the now built Ritz Carlton / Marriott hotels in a 54-story tower in downtown L.A., including 225 private residences. Part of the L.A. Live sports and entertainment district, this development consisted of 1,000 hotel rooms. Assisted in project financing ($740m) and oversaw all accounting and reporting matters with aggregate projects of over $1,300M.
